Finally! A simple way to keep your loved one's medical info in one place...

AND reduce your daily stress as a caregiver.

introducing:

The Medical Assistance Planner (MAP)

If you’re a caregiver feeling overwhelmed by doctor visits, medication lists, and insurance paperwork... you are not alone.

You’re juggling phone calls from doctors.

Chasing down medication changes.

Trying to remember what happened during the last hospital stay…

And somewhere in the middle of all that, you're just trying to hold it together.

Then you walk into an appointment feeling like you’re still missing pieces of the puzzle - and when someone asks:

“What medications are they on?”

Your mind goes blank.

That moment of panic?

That’s what this planner was built to prevent.

You don’t need to keep everything in your head anymore. The MAP planner holds the details—so you can show up calm, clear, and confident.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Laura!

I'm Laura Wilkerson, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 25 years in the medical field—and a personal passion for supporting caregivers like you.

My journey in dementia care started in the emergency department, where I saw the struggles faced by those caring for loved ones with cognitive impairments. This fuelled my drive to make a difference.

Over the years, I’ve worked in family practice, launched a medical house calls service, and even owned assisted living facilities with memory care units—all to better understand and address the unique challenges caregivers face.

My approach is holistic: I believe in treating the whole person, not just the medical condition, and that means recognizing the unique story of each individual with dementia.

I created the Dementia Caregivers Academy because I saw a gap in support, education, and community for caregivers.

Here, you won’t just find expert advice—you’ll find a compassionate community, a wealth of resources, and a space where you feel understood and empowered.

My mission is to walk alongside you, helping you navigate this path with confidence and compassion. Let's make this journey a little less overwhelming—together.

Take the First Step Toward Better Care Today

Join our community of empowered caregivers who are making a difference in their loved ones’ lives every day. Whether you're looking for expert advice, practical tips, or a supportive network, we're here to help you at every step.

T.B. (caregiver)

"Love your videos. Makes my mums situation so much easier to understand and relate to."

K.W.M. (caregiver)

"I am so glad I found you, you are so helpful and your tips for caring with someone with dementia make the care process make it easier. Your sense of calm in a world of chaos is so helpful to me. I wish I found you sooner."
